Am I eligible to register a dot-ca domain?

In order to own a dot-ca domain, a user must satisfy the Canadian Presence Requirements set out by CIRA, the dot-ca registry. User must belong to one of the CIRA Registrant types described in the following official CIRA document:

http://www.cira.ca/en/documents/q3/CanadianPresenceRequirementsForRegistrants-EffectiveDateJune52003.pdf

Registrant Information Verification (RIV) process are performed by CIRA continuously to ensure strict compliance. Any violation, without exception, will result in the suspension and deletion of ALL domains under the problematic CIRA Registrant.

If you are eligible, you can start the dot-ca registration process at http://www.namespro.ca/Register.asp and create your CIRA Reigstrant by going through the check out process.
