How do I access my emailbox using an iPhone? You can access your mailbox via IMAP or POP using your iPhone. The steps are as follows:
| 1) | Tap "Settings" on your main screen. |
| 2) | Scroll down and tab "Mail, Contacts, Calendars". |
| 5) | Enter a desired name, the entire e-mail address and the corresponding password. |
| 7) | Select either "IMAP" or "POP" as your connection protocol. |
| 8) | Under the "Incoming Mail Server" section, enter the incoming server "mail.yourdomain.ca" and the entire email address as the username. |
| 9) | Under the "Outgoing Mail Server" section, enter the hostname "mail.yourdomain.ca", the entire email address as the username and the corresponding password. |
| 10) | Tab "Save". The verification stage may take several minutes. Click "Yes" to by-pass SSL when prompted (i.e. disable SSL connection). |
| 11) | Tab on the mail account that has just been created. |
| 12) | Tab on the "SMTP" row. |
| 13) | Tab on the SMTP server "mail.yourdomain.ca". |
| 14) | Disable SSL, update Authentication to "Password" and update the SMTP port to 2525. |
Note
 | Before proceeding with the above steps, you should make sure your mailbox has already been created. Please refer to KB-2000 or KB-2001 for more instructions on how to create your mailbox. |
