How do I access my mailbox using IMAP? There are 2 ways to access your mailbox. One is via an e-mail client and one is via the webmail interface. Examples of e-mail clients are Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Eudura, Entourage, Mac Mail, etc. Any mobile devices, such as iPhones or BlackBerries, can also be considered as e-mail clients.
The settings for IMAP access are as follows:
 | SMTP server = mail.yourdomain.ca |
 | SMTP port = 2525 (The default port is 25. Explanation available in KB-2008). |
 | IMAP server = mail.yourdomain.ca |
 | IMAP port = 143 |
 | username = xxxxxxx@yourdomain.ca (entire e-mail address) |
 | password = your own password |
 | Outgoing Authentication = ON |
 | Secure (SSL) Logon = OFF |
