How do I access my web statistics report?

There are 2 ways to access your web statistics report:

i) URL access at http://www.yourdomain.ca/plesk-stat/webstat

ii) Normal access

Plesk 8.x or older - via the "Report" icon within your hosting control panel

As a security measure, your web statistics report is password protected. The login information was initialized to be the same as your FTP login when the web hosting plan was first created. If the FTP password has been changed since then, you can update the password for the web statistics report as follows:

1)Log into your hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca.

2)Click directly on the domain name at the bottom of the page.

3)Click on the "Protected URLs" icon or the "Web Directories" icon under the "Hosting" section.

4)Click on the "/plesk-stat" directory or the "Shield" icon besides the "/plesk-stat" directory.

5)Click on your own username "npxxxxx".

6)Enter your new password for your web statistics report and click "OK".
