How do I merge two registrants into one?

A merger is normally used for consolidating domains. Merging two registrants into one will bring ALL of the domains from the losing registrant to the receiving registrant. The end result is that ALL domains from both registrants will be brought under the receiving registrant. The losing registrant will cease to exist after the merger.

To initiate a merger, you can send us a ticket via our online support system with the following information:

Action = Merging of registrants

Losing registrant name =

Losing registrant admin e-mail address =

Receiving Namespro.ca account e-mail =

Receiving registrant name =

Receiving registrant admin e-mail address =

Upon receiving your ticket, we will perform the merger for you. The process can be completed immediately if all of the domains involved are within the same Namespro.ca account.

Note

In the rare case where you would like to merger two registrants from two different Namespro.ca accounts, you should also provide the "Losing Namespro.ca account e-mail" in your ticket. We will evaluate the request and obtain the proper authorization from both account owners.
