How do I retrieve my mailbox login information? (web hosting only) Plesk 8.x or older
If you have forgotten your mailbox password, you should simply reset it by logging into your hosting control panel. The steps are as follows:
| 1) | Log into your hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca. |
| 2) | Click directly on the domain name at the bottom of the page. |
| 3) | Click on the "Mail" icon under the "Services" section. |
| 4) | Click on the mailbox name. |
| 5) | Click on the "Preferences" icon to update the mailbox's password. |
