How do I update my billing information? Your billing information is used for domain auto-renewals, e-mail hosting renewals, web hosting renewals and DNS hosting renewals. It will also speed up future orders by populating the payment information fields during check out. We suggest keeping your billing information up-to-date, especially if you have enrolled in any type of hosting plans with us. This will allow our system to perform the renewals prompty on the billing date and prevent any service interruption. To update your billing information, the steps are as follows:
| 2) | Click on "account settings" on the left menu. |
| 3) | Click on the "update" link under the "billing information" section. |
| 4) | Enter your credit card information and click "save". |
Note
 | If you no longer wish to store your billing information on our system, you can first navigate to the page in step 3, click on "clear" and click "save. |
 | Your billing information is transmitted using 128-bit encryption, which is the industry standard for online transactions. The information is stored securely on our servers, protected by multiple layers of firewalls and encrypted using a combination of different encryption schemes. Although no security measures can be 100% effective, the risk of any compromises is very slim. |
