How do I update my hosting control panel password?


When your web hosting plan is first created, you are assigned a random password for your hosting control panel. You can update this password as follows:

Plesk 8.x or older


1)Log into your hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca.

2)Click on the "Edit" icon under the "Tools" section.

3)Enter your new password for your hosting control panel and click "OK".


Plesk 9.x


1)Log into your hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca.

2)Click on the "Change Password" icon under the "Account" section.

3)Enter your new password for your hosting control panel and click "OK".


Plesk 10.x


1)Log into your hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca.

2)Click on the "User Accounts" link under the "Users" section at the bottom of the page.

3)Click on the Contact name directly.

4)Enter your new password for your hosting control panel and click "OK".
