How do I update my registrant contact information? (admin, technical, billing contact) Users can easily update their registrant contact information within their Namespro.ca accounts. The steps are as follows:
| 2) | Click on "domain list" on the left menu. |
| 3) | Click on "edit" under the registrant name that you would like to update. |
| 4) | Enter the up-to-date contact information and click "save". |
| 5) | This step is applicable only to registrants with dot-ca domains. Upon finishing step 4 above, the updated contact information will be submitted to CIRA. It is necessary to confirm the changes by logging into the corresponding CIRA account at https://registrants.cira.ca/user. If no confirmation is given within 7 days, the changes will be cancelled and not be applied. |

 | If you are not able to retrieve your CIRA password because the admin contact's email address is no longer accessible, a MCAC (Manual Change of Admin Contact) process is necessary. Please send us a ticket via our online support system and we will provide more information on how to proceed. |
 | This process is intended only for updating the contact information of a registrant. The ownership of the domains will not be changed. Please refer to KB-1007 for more instructions on how to change the name(ownership) of a registrant. |
