I have just sold a domain. What actions should I take? The buyer should refer to the following articles to perform a registRANT transfer for the sold domain:
For a dot-ca domain, please refer to KB-1003 for more instructions.
For a non-dot-ca domain, please refer to KB-1004 for more instructions.
Your role is to await the authorization step in the registRANT transfer process:
For a dot-ca domain, it is necessary for you to approve the registRANT transfer process with CIRA by logging into your CIRA registrant account at https://registrants.cira.ca/user when you receive an official notice from CIRA.
For a non-dot-ca domain, it is necessary for you to approve the registRANT transfer process by sending us an authorization e-mail from either your Namespro.ca account e-mail address or the admin contact e-mail address when you receive a request from us.
Note
If the buyer would like to transfer the sold domain to another registrar, their support team will be able to answer any questions that you or the buyer may have.
