What is my CIRA Registrant username and password? Your CIRA Registrant username/password pair is assigned to you by CIRA when you first create your CIRA Registrant. In most cases, this is when you register your first dot-ca domain. This username/password pair is the most important piece of information for a dot-ca domain owner. All types of CIRA processes require the domain owner or the admin contact to provide approval by logging into his/her CIRA account using this username/password pair. If you have lost it, you can retrieve it at https://registrants.cira.ca/password/forgot/en. We strongly suggest keeping this username/password pair in a secure place for your future reference.
Note
 | If you are not able to retrieve your CIRA Registrant username/password pair because the admin contact's e-mail address is no longer accessible, please send us a ticket via our online support system. We will provide instructions on how to perform a "Manual Change of Admin Contact" (MCAC) process. The goal is to manually update the admin contact's e-mail address, which will allow you to retrieve the username/password pair ultimately. |
 | If there is no domain under your CIRA Registrant, the above password retrieval tool would be not helpful. Please send us a ticket via our online support system and we will request the username/password pair to be resent to the admin contact's e-mail address. |
