Holiday Schedule

Happy Holidays to all! This message is to inform our users that holiday schedule will be in effect between 2016-12-17 to 2017-01-02.

During the holiday seasons, staffing would be reduced and customer support service will be minimized. All essential systems will continue to be monitored to ensure uninterrupted service. However, any other non-emergency requests will simply be queued and only responded to as promptly as the staffing capacity would allowed. It is our strong suggestion that all requests should be made before Dec 17th or after Jan 2nd. Your understanding is much appreciated.
