Users should be advised that changing the name of a registrant is not a trivial matter. This process effectively changes the ownership of all domains registered under the registrant. In other words, it is the same as performing an ownership transfer (domain push) of all domains under the old registrant to a new registrant. The new registrant name should be a legal one, and its existence should be provable by a government issued document (e.g. Article of Incorporation, Citizenship Card, etc.). A proper legal name will guarantee the ownership of the domains belongs to the rigthful owner.
