How do I install 3rd party applications on my Windows hosting plan?
Our Windows hosting platform is compatible with many 3rd party applications, which include different types of blogging, CMS or shopping cart software. Some of the most popular names would be Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Zen Cart, phpBB and more. If you have a Windows hosting plan with us and wish to use one of these applications, we will be glad to install them for you. Our staff will make sure all necessary permissions and databases are setup properly during the installation process. When completed, you will be provided with the appropriate admin access to the control panel of the requested application.
Depending on your needs, these applications can be installed in any location under your Windows hosting plan, including the root directory. To proceed, you can simply send us a ticket via our online support system with the following information:
