Following industry standards, your Windows hosting plan will be renewed by our system automatically on the billing date to avoid any interruption of service. The reason is because uptime is considered to be the most important issue for users. You can review your plan's next billing date and renewal cost by logging into your Namespro.ca account, click on "my domains" on the left menu and click directly on the domain name. The normal renewal process is as follows:
1)
Our system will attempt to apply the renewal cost on your credit card stored on file on the billing date.
2)
If the transaction is successful, an invoice notice will be sent to your Namespro.ca account e-mail address. You can also review the invoice by clicking on "order history" on the left menu within your Namespro.ca account. Your Windows hosting plan will be renewed for another term according to the billing cycle you have chosen initially. All services will remain uninterrupted, and the renewal is considered complete.
3)
If the transaction is not successful, a ticket will be generated and sent to your Namespro.ca account e-mail address. Instructions on how to update your billing information or how to pay by Paypal are included. You have a 7 day grace period to respond, and your Windows hosting plan will remain active within this grace period.
4)
If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days, your Windows hosting plan will be suspended and you will be notified in the ticket.
5)
To re-activate your Windows hosting plan, you should update your billing information or provide payment via Paypal as instructed and reply to the corresponding ticket. Our system will process the renewal and resume all services for you.
Note
