How do I retrieve my mailbox login information? (free mailbox & e-mail hosting only)

If you have forgotten your mailbox password, you should simply reset it by logging into your mailadmin page. The steps are as follows:

1)	Log into your mailadmin page at http://mailadmin.yourdomain.ca.

2)	Click on "Mailbox" on the left menu.

3)	Click on the corresponding "edit" button to update the mailbox's password.

If you have forgotten the login information to your mailadmin page, please refer to KB-2002 for more instructions on how to retrieve it.

If your domain is enrolled in one of our Windows hosting plans, please refer to KB-2004 for more instructions on how to retrieve your mailbox login information.
