How do I setup/manage my mailboxes? (Windows hosting only)
If your domain is on one of our Windows hosting plans, you can setup/manage your mailbox as follows:
Plesk 8.x or older
1)
Log into your Windows hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca.
2)
Click directly on the domain name at the bottom of the page.
3)
Click on the "Mail" icon under the "Services" section.
4)
Click on the "Add New Mail Name" icon.
5)
Enter the necessary information and click "OK".
6)
Adjust different settings by clicking on the corresponding icons if necessary.
Plesk 9.x
1)
Log into your Windows hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca.
2)
Click on the "Domain" icon and then click on the domain name.
3)
Click on the "Mail Accounts" icon under the "Mail" section.
4)
Click on the "Create Mail Account" icon.
5)
Enter the necessary information and click "OK".
6)
Adjust different settings by clicking on the corresponding icons if necessary.
Plesk 10.x
1)
Log into your Windows hosting control panel at http://admin.yourdomain.ca.
2)
Select the desired domain from the "Subscription" drop down box at the top right corner (only if you have multiple domains).
3)
Click on the "Mail" tab.
4)
Click on the "Create E-mail Address" button.
5)
Enter the necessary information and click "OK".
6)
Adjust different settings by clicking on the corresponding tabs if necessary.
