How do I upgrade/downgrade my Windows hosting plan? Since each upgrade/downgrade request is different, there is no web interface to perform this task. You should first review the disk space and bandwidth limit of our different plans at http://www.namespro.ca/WindowsHosting and then make a decision. Once you have, you can send us a ticket via our online support system with the following information:
Action = Upgrade/Downgrade of Windows hosting plan
Domain involved =
Target plan =
Upon receiving your request, we will send you the necessary billing information and upgrade/downgrade your plan accordingly.
Note
You can review information of your current Windows hosting plan by logging into your Namespro.ca account, click on "my domains" on the left menu and click directly on the domain name.
If you are performing an upgrade, you should update your billing information to speed up the process. Please refer to KB-5000 for more instructions on how to update your billing information.
If you are performing an upgrade, the upgrade fee is determined so that the next billing date remains unchanged. The calculation is as follows:
upgrade fee = monthly cost of (new plan - old plan) x remaining months in current biling cycle + GST
