I have just sold a domain. What actions should I take? The buyer should refer to the following article to perform an ownership transfer (domain push) for the sold domain:
| For all domains, please refer to KB-1004 for more instructions. |
Your role is to approve the ownership transfer (domain push) process by sending us an authorization e-mail from either your Namespro.ca account e-mail address or the admin contact e-mail address when you receive a request from us. The domain will be moved to the new owner's Namespro.ca account when both parties have provided their approval.
Note
| If the buyer would like to transfer the sold domain to another registrar, their support team will be able to answer any questions that you or the buyer may have. |
