There are 4 major types of logins at Namespro.ca, which are designed for 4 major service areas. They exist to allow flexible control over different levels of access and they are clearly described below:
i) Your main Namespro.ca account login
All Namespro.ca users have one. This is the central management console for all of your domains, registrants and services. You can also review your support history, invoice history and all types of information related to your Namespro.ca account.

ii) Your e-mail service logins (applies only to free mailbox and e-mail hosting plan)
If you have enabled our free bonus mailbox for any of your domains or if you have purchased an e-mail hosting plan from us, our system would have sent you a detailed e-mail containing all necessary instructions during activation. A corresponding postoffice would have been created for each individual domain that has e-mail service enabled with us. For each postoffice, there are 2 main logins. One is for administration and one is for webmail access.
iii) Your Windows hosting service logins (applies only to Windows hosting plans)
If you have purchased a Windows hosting plan from us, our system would have sent you a detailed e-mail containing all necessary instructions during activation. For each Windows hosting plan, there are 2 main logins. One is for administration via Plesk panel and one is for FTP access.
Plesk URL = http://admin.yourdomain.ca
username = npxxxxxxx (system assigned - cannot be changed)
password = randomly generated at creation (can be updated at any time)
iv) Your Linux hosting service logins (applies only to Linux hosting plans)
