domain refunds:
All new domain registration fees and renewal fees are non-refundable. For refunds on unsuccessful transferrals, please contact our sales department via our online support system. We will be glad to review the situation and resolve the matter properly for all of our users.
hosting/other refunds:
All hosting services (i.e. Linux hosting, Windows hosting, E-mail hosting) are non-refundable after the initial 30 day money back guarantee period. Private WHOIS protection is final sale.
credit card charge-backs:
A C$25 admin fee will be applied to the owing amount if a credit card transaction is charged back by the user without first contacting our sales department for a resolution.
paypal failures or disputes:
A C$25 admin fee will be applied to the owing amount if a Paypal eCheck transaction fails to clear or if a Paypal transaction is disputed by the user without first contacting our sales department for a resolution.
